Description

Brewed with, Joe Wood of Kiwi brewery Liberty Brewing, legendary UK Brewer James Kemp in collaboration with the Grainfather. This beer is a collision of two entirely different styles of beer. Inside this brew, you have a toasty UK style Brown Ale as well as a super hoppy West Coast IPA. Instead of making the two beers separately, JK and Joe put all of the ingredients together throughout the brew.

Flavour
Big brown toast with lashings of bitter grapefruit marmalade and Seville oranges.

Aroma
A heady combination of catty orange marmalade and passion fruit.

Brewed this one a few months ago, took over an hour to sparge as grain is crushed quite fine, was worth the effort tho came out at 8ish % and tastes amazing. Finished both crates and going to order another kit. Good work fellas. (Posted on 14/12/2016)
